Fully trained, Xerox technician with over 15 years in the industry.  Able to perform on-site visits and remote sessions.  I can fix your device, setup new devices, disassemble/reassemble for site move, fix driver issues, fix scanning issues, and much more.

Also a certified EFI technician, able to diagnose and repair Xerox EFI Fiery controllers and also deal with some lost licenses.
